What happens next
I read every request myself. There’s no call centre and no automated system. You’ll hear back from me, usually the same day, with a time that works.
If you’re not sure what to book, say so in the message. I’d rather spend two minutes working it out with you than have you book the wrong treatment.
Before your first appointment
- Lash or brow tinting needs a patch test at least 24 hours beforehand
- Some facials need a consultation first. I’ll tell you when you book
- For waxing, leave two to three weeks of growth
- Booking more than one area of waxing? Ask about bundles
