Every facial starts with your skin, not a menu. I look at what it’s doing that day, then treat it.
What to expect
We start by talking. What your skin is doing, what’s changed recently, what you’ve tried and what you actually want from the appointment. I look at your skin properly before I decide anything. I don’t work from a fixed routine.
Then you get the treatment, unhurried, in one private room. Depending on what your skin needs that day, that might be a deep cleanse and exfoliation, a galvanic current to drive product deeper, ultrasound to stimulate collagen, or microdermabrasion to resurface. Hot towels, a mask and a lymphatic face massage are part of the longer treatments.
At the end I’ll tell you honestly what will help at home — and what won’t. I’d rather recommend two products that work than five that don’t.

Before you book
How often should I have a facial?
For most skin, every four to six weeks keeps things steady, roughly one skin cycle. If we’re working on something specific like pigmentation or congestion, I might suggest a shorter run and then space them out.
Which facial should I book if it’s my first time?
The Skincare Consultation & Deep Cleansing Facial at £35. It gives me time to look at your skin properly and tell you what will actually help, rather than you guessing from a list.
Will a facial make me break out?
Occasionally skin purges a little after a deep cleanse or microdermabrasion, usually settling within a few days. I’ll tell you beforehand if that’s likely for your skin.
Do you sell the products you use?
Yes. The Nu Yu range is my own, created in 2018. Environmentally friendly, cruelty free and sustainable. You can buy any of it after your treatment.
Do I need a patch test?
Not for facials. Patch tests are only needed for lash and brow tinting, at least 24 hours before.
